Booking Terms and Conditions
A registered place is only confirmed once we have received your registration. You will receive a payment receipt and a Confirmation Welcome Pack on receipt of full payment.

Cancellation and Reimbursement Conditions
The Finishing School cancellation
While The Finishing School will always do its utmost to ensure that programmes run as scheduled, we do reserve the right to modify or cancel a course at any time. In the case that a programme or course is cancelled or postponed, course fees will be refunded in the cases where registration was paid or, where possible, the participant may choose to transfer the value that was paid against another course.

Client cancellation
For group sessions of one day, cancellations made more than two-weeks prior will be refunded at 60% of the total registration fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than two weeks before the start of a course. For group sessions of three days, cancellations made more than four-weeks prior will be refunded at 60% of the total registration fee. No refunds on group sessions of three days will be issued for cancellations made less than four-weeks before the start of a course. All sales for individual, bespoke or customised courses are final. Refunds will not be given.

Course Dates and Timetables
The etiquette and other course schedules are planned in advance and may be communicated on demand via email or telephone. They are also available on The Finishing School’s website. The Finishing School reserves the right to modify the course schedules and places at any time. In case of complete cancellation of a course by The Finishing School, we commit ourselves to reimbursing the whole of the amount of your course or to rescheduling the course to a later date.

Insurance
Each participant shall be regarded as carrying his or her own risk for personal injury or loss of property during the programme.

Languages
The Finishing School uses English as the medium of teaching.

Meal
In the case of the TFS Complete Course & Expert Etiquette Module, the onus is upon the participant to inform The Finishing School of any dietary requirements in advance of the lunch.

Payment
The Finishing School accepts the following methods of payment: cheques payable in Euro at least two weeks prior to the course starting, credit/debit cards (via PayPal) or cash. For any other method of payment, please contact The Finishing School by telephone at + 353 (0) 861995299 or by email.

Prices
Prices are given in Euro. They are effective at the time of the order.

Programme and Course
Availability The Finishing School reserves the right to modify the content of the courses and programmes including dates, times, venue, availabilities and prices. The Finishing School also reserves the right to inform the consumer about the above modifications. In the case of prolonged unavailability of a class, The Finishing School will propose to the consumer an equivalent substitute course or the total reimbursement of the original course.
